Rudolf Kiseljak
Founder, CEO, Chairman
Rudy has an extensive international experience in product management and development, marketing and sales in the audio/video industry, creation of innovative products and services, as well as founding, managing and structuring start-ups. Started in 2002 and officially launched in 2003, AVIQ is Rudy’s 3rd startup company. Previous engagements also include working as VP Product Management at BridgeCo, a technology startup, and as Head of Product Management at Studer Professional Audio, an industry leader in professional audio systems. He holds a dipl.ing. degree in Electronic Engineering, a M.Sc. degree in Digital Audio Engineering and an Executive MBA from IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland.
Thomas Weidemann

Thomas has been driving technology, innovation and system architecture in various companies for over 15 years and was involved in standards like DLNA from the start. He joined AVIQ after creating and managing world-wide distributed engineering teams at PacketVideo, bridgeCo and Alcatel. He created several major new products in the field of Connected Home Entertainment and Telecommunication Network Management. Thomas has a vast experience in working with distributed engineering teams and project management with major partners including Microsoft, Intel, Nokia and Denon. He holds a degree in computer engineering from FH Hannover.
Jonathan Claman
External Product Specialist
Jonathan has been involved with AVIQ since 2007. After spending 7 years working full time at AVIQ he now helps the AVIQ team as a product specialst. He brings over 17 years of experience, having previously worked in leadership positions for technology companies such as SmarDTV, BridgeCo, SkyStream Networks, and S3 Inc. His career has spanned Europe and Silicon Valley, where he has created market opportunities from zero, innovated new product lines, and established successful partner relationships. Earlier in his career he worked as a design engineer in the areas of semiconductors, computer graphics and video networking. He holds BS and MS degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
Zhelyazko Zhelev
Chief Developer & Team Lead
Zhelyazko is in charge of managing the entire development team in Bulgaria as well as working on some aspects of development himself. He is an Android specialist with many years of experience in the field and brings 5 years of experience in development of Set-top boxes with DVB and streaming technology. Zhelyazko holds a Bachelor of Science, Computer Science – Information Technologies, Business Administration degree from the University of Central Oklahoma and a Master of Science, Software Technologies degree from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski.
